John is an accomplished executive with 25 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing and operations. His creative and analytical skills have allowed him to develop innovative sales and marketing programs that take advantage of changing market conditions and capitalize on time sensitive opportunities. Over 20 years in the highly competitive Resort Hospitality Industry has allowed him to develop exceptional abilities when implementing performance-based initiatives to minimize the effects of competitive activates.

John can leverage and utilize the technological advances now available in the marketplace to build proven and repeatable sales and marketing processes and systems. He has been instrumental in developing lead generation programs that support a nationwide network of sales offices by collaborating with IT Services and Regional Support Personnel. Utilizing over 20 years of systems integration experience, developing and implementing new technology platforms, John was able to cultivate new business opportunities, generating increased sales and profitability.  John truly enjoys the challenge of analyzing and configuring sales and marketing strategies needed to produce significant revenue growth, increase efficiencies and drive profitability.

In his executive leadership roles, John has been a Corporate Officer in six publicly traded companies with P&L responsibilities for Sales, Marketing and Administrative Operations. He has negotiated two mergers and acquisitions with public companies, GTECH Corporation and Home Shopping Network. As an entrepreneur and cofounder of a computerized ticketing and reservation company, he negotiated contracts with the San Diego Padres, Colorado Rockies, Toronto Blue Jays and the State of California State for their State Parks System.
